Tianbang Foods (002124) said on the interactive platform that the company plans to produce 6 million fattening pigs in 2024, a decrease of about 15.6% compared with the same period last year. Among them, about 4 million fattening pigs are listed, which is about 28% lower than the same period last year. The goal is to increase the full load rate of self-fattening capacity from about 50% in 2023 to about 75%. The company can store 226000 sows at the end of the first quarter, and the scale is planned to remain relatively stable during the year. The company will significantly reduce the fattening capacity in Shandong, and the proportion of fattening in Guangdong and Guangzhou is expected to increase to 20%, 25% in 2024, and plans to further increase to about 40% in the future.
