This is the first green asset securitization project in Sinochem International's history. The project scale is 1.518 billion yuan, the term is 3+3+ 3 + 3+3+3 years, and the issue interest rate is 2.65%, setting a new low for the ABS (Asset Securitization) issue of property rights real estate. The target property of the project is Sinochem International Plaza, the Shanghai office building of Sinochem International. The cash flow of the project mainly comes from the property rental operating income of the target property. At present, relevant payment, delivery and filing procedures have been completed.
