[Haier Biotech: Qijun Investment plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 1.6%] Securities Times e Company News, Haier Biotech (688139) announced on the evening of May 17 that Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Qijun Equity Investment Partnership, a shareholder holding 7.79%(Limited Partnership)(referred to as "Qijun Investment") plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 3.1795 million shares through centralized bidding, that is, no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, and to reduce its holdings of no more than 1.9077 million shares through block transactions, that is, no more than 0.6%, the total reduction of holdings of no more than 1.6% of the company's total share capital.
