Yum China announced changes in top management, and Zhang Ling and Huang Hui were appointed as joint secretaries
Yum China announced its latest announcement on May 24 that Ms. Zhang Ling and Ms. Huang Hui will officially become the company's joint company secretaries starting from May 23, 2024, replacing Ms. Liu Pingping and Ms. Deng Jingxian.
The company also announced that from the same effective date, Ms. Deng will no longer serve as an authorized representative of the company. Ms. Zhang Ling will succeed Ms. Deng as the company's new authorized representative.
In addition, the company also announced that from the effective date, Mr. Yuan Yaozong will no longer serve as an agent for legal process documents. Ms. Huang Hui will replace Mr. Yuan as the company's legal process agent.
