Haibo (Dalian) Cultural Tourism Development and Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haichang Ocean Park (02255), signed a license agreement for the use of Altman series works with Shanghai Xinchuanhua Culture Development Co., Ltd.
