Gelonghui May 24 丨 Zhaojin Mining (01818multihandvideopoker.HK) announcedmultihandvideopoker, in connection with the offer made by Zhaojin Capital, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, to acquire all fully paid ordinary shares in the share capital of Tietto Minerals Limited (the "Offer"). At the end of the offer, Zhaojin Capital's voting rights in the target company were 90.72%.
In view of the fact that Zhaojin Capital holds more than 90% of the interest in the target company, the company is pleased to announce that Zhaojin Capital has decided to exercise its rights in accordance with the Company Law to forcibly acquire the remaining shares of the target company that have not been included in the offer, and achieve 100% control of the target company. If Zhaojin Capital has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of the target company, the Company will issue a further announcement.
