The increase was 0.2 percentage points; the month-on-month increase was 0.1%, and the previous month fell by 1.0%. In terms of categories, the prices of food, tobacco and alcohol fell by 1.4% year-on-year, the prices of clothing increased by 1.6%, the prices of housing increased by 0.2%, the prices of daily necessities and services increased by 1.4%, the prices of transportation and communications increased by 0.1%, and the prices of education, culture and entertainment increased by 1.8%. Health care prices rose by 1.6%, and other supplies and services rose by 3.8%. Among the prices of food, tobacco and alcohol, the price of fresh fruits fell by 9.7%, the price of grain increased by 0.5%, the price of fresh vegetables increased by 1.3%, and the price of pork increased by 1.4%.
