On May 25 local time, Iran approved the transfer of the Iranian National Oil CompanyblackmarlinOil production increased from 3.6 million barrels per day to 4 million barrels per day. The plan was approved at a meeting of the country's Economic Council in Tehran, the capital, chaired by interim President Mohammad Muhbel. By implementing an oil production increase plan that requires US$3 billion in investment, Iran will be able to generate US$7 billion in additional revenue by March 20, 2025, the last day of this Iranian Persian year.
